David Danon is a wellness coach, trainer, and lifelong yogi with over 50 years of personal practice and 30 years of teaching and training others. He works with adults navigating midlife and beyond, helping them build strength, mobility, and a deeper connection to their bodies—without falling into the traps of quick fixes or outdated fitness models.
David’s coaching blends the wisdom of yoga with modern science-based diet and fitness training, as well as mindset training. His clients learn to move with intention, age with vitality, and stay curious about what’s possible—on and off the mat.
Now in his 70s, David still surfs, trains regularly, and plays guitar—living proof that aging well isn’t about perfection but presence and consistency.
