Robert Joseph

Robert Joseph is a spiritually grounded leader, men’s guide, and visionary founder of RaisedByMen, an organization devoted to men’s healing, brotherhood, and the sacred initiation of boys into manhood. A former high-performing tech sales executive in New York City, Robert has undergone a profound spiritual awakening that reoriented his life toward service, Christ consciousness, and divine purpose.

Rooted in deep inner work, plant medicine ceremonies, and mystical Christian teachings, Robert bridges ancient wisdom with modern leadership. He leads retreats, councils, and transformative spaces that help men embody truth, presence, and divine masculinity. His work is grounded in personal experience, not New Age trends, and he’s passionate about restoring spiritual order in a disoriented world.

Robert is also a devoted partner to Jane, a holy woman in the Greek Orthodox tradition, and a soon-to-be father to their daughter, Lucia. Together, they are creating a sacred life centered on faith, family, and service.
